Return/Refund Policy.

Please contact us at hello@wildfirearomatics.com with your proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.  Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis and require pictures of your received item.  Gift cards and used products are not eligible for refunds.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be sent to 2216 18 Ave, Coaldale, AB T1M0C2 at your expense. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied through your original sales platform.  We are unable to refund gift recipients, only confirmed sales.
